My career has always centered on helping people navigate complex decisions, connect with the right resources, and feel supported throughout the process. I bring more than 30 years of experience in healthcare, medical technology, business development, patient advocacy, relationship management, and service coordination.
Throughout my career, I have worked closely with patients, physicians, healthcare professionals, clinical teams, administrators, and business leaders. These experiences taught me how to listen carefully, identify individual needs, coordinate multiple parties, and create a clear path forward when the options feel overwhelming.
But the inspiration for Poulin Family Concierge is deeply personal.
After my parents moved into their dream retirement home, I believed they had everything they needed to enjoy an active, independent lifestyle. I lived only an hour away, but I was also working full-time and managing the responsibilities of my own family. Even with that relatively short distance between us, helping them manage appointments, household needs, important decisions, and everyday challenges became increasingly difficult.
When my father was diagnosed with early-onset dementia, our family entered a journey for which we were not prepared. At first, he still valued his independence and wanted to continue living life on his own terms. As his condition progressed, however, the number of decisions and responsibilities steadily increased.
We struggled to understand what assistance was available, whom we could trust, and which professionals we should contact. We did not know how to put the right support system in place before a crisis occurred. There seemed to be a significant gap between living completely independently and needing full-time, around-the-clock memory care.
Eventually, my father required that level of care—but the years leading up to it showed me how difficult and emotionally exhausting the in-between stages can be for both older adults and their families.
That experience is where Poulin Family Concierge originated.
I created this company to provide families with the trusted, consistent support I wish we had known about during my father’s journey. Our role is to help older adults maintain their independence for as long as safely and realistically possible while helping their loved ones manage the many details that can become difficult to coordinate alone.
Poulin Family Concierge assists with everyday needs, appointment and household coordination, family communication, access to a trusted provider network, and personalized planning as circumstances evolve. We are not a large, impersonal service or a replacement for medical care. We are a dependable local resource and an extension of the family.
Our goal is to help you and your loved ones navigate the stages between complete independence and full-time care with greater confidence, continuity, and peace of mind.
My family helping your family maintain independence.
